Breakfast
You will find at least 4 different kinds of fruit juices and Sole from Himalayacrystall-salt on the breakfast buffet.
Moreover the day can start with a choice of different rolls, the local Semmel, small yoghurt-rolls and wholemeal rolls. The chef certainly also serves different kinds of bread - from white to wholemeal. A breakfastbuffet at Marinis is also the right place to get to know the famous local loaf: Vinschger Paarl with caraway and aniseed. If you rather have homemade cakes and biscuits - there is always a choice for you available.
Homemade and fruits from the hotel garden
There is also something unique for those who like jams, fresh and stewed fruit! We always look forward to the summer months when we first harvest in our garden - in june we start with fresh and biological figs which we have during the entire summer months... in july and august we have all kinds of berries which we mainly use for jams, not to miss apricots and peaches... august is the month of different sorts of apples, plums, pears and raisins... last but not least kiwis at the end of the season! Everything else you should not find in our huge garden we order from our local suppliers.
Next to the mentioned vitamins you can also have yogurt and cereals. For those who like to start the day in the mountains with something solid we have a large choice of cheese and ham.
Erika is at your disposal to serve you coffee and tea. During the summer months you are more then welcome to have breakfast on our terrace.
Dinner - Mr. Marini our chef cooks for you
We believe in: fresh and as much as we can from the own and biological garden or from suppliers we know and trust.
Every day Mr. Marini offers you a four-course meal. The dinner starts with a large salad buffet with at least 15 different bowls and a small choice of cold starters. We suggest being careful to leave enough space for the following dishes. Every now and then Mr. Marini spoils you with a starter or dessert buffet.
Daniela certainly helps you to find the right and interesting south tyrolean wine from the cellar.
