Check-in
Please consider that at the day of arrival, your room will be ready the latest at 3 p.m.
Should you plan to arrive earlier please inform us in advance and we will do our best to make an early check in available.
Your room reservation will be guaranteed up to 6 p.m. on the day of arrival. Should you arrive late due to any reason we ask you to inform us since we would release your room reservation.
Check-out
You room is reserved for you up to 11 a.m. on your day of departure. You are however more then welcome to leave the car in the underground parking, enjoy the sun on the lawn or use all the hotel facilities except your room during the rest of the day.
Payment
You can settle your bill by cheque or cash. If you choose cash payment at the day of arrival you will receive 1% discount on the prepaid amount. We regret to inform you, not to accept any credit and EC cards.
Cancellation policy
A cancellation is unpleasant for both parties but sometimes it happens. The cancellation of a verbal or written booking is only up to 3 weeks before the day of arrival without charge. Afterward we charge 80% of the booked arrangement should you arrive late or not arrive at all.
We therefore recommend concluding a travel insurance.
Dogs
We regret to inform you that we do not accept any dogs in the hotel.
